Age Limit
- As on January 1, 2024, the candidate must be between the ages of 18 and 30. For reserved categories and other unique situations, there is some relaxation.
Education Qualification
- The West Bengal body of Secondary Education’s Madhyamik Examination or its equivalent must have been passed by the candidate from an accredited body.
Language
- The candidate must be fluent in Bengali, with the exception of those who live permanently in the hill subdivisions of the Darjeeling and Kalimpong districts.
